A tier called Jupiter is named separately, in the Steam achievement King of the Gods (Win a run on Jupiter difficulty); where it sits in the ladder is not stated.

The demo publicly named four tiers:

Does difficulty change mechanics?

Official posts say higher settings make your crew prove its resolve, and marketing ties difficulty to afflictions, skills, and items at a high level.

Specific rules—enemy health scaling, timer changes, extra affixes per night, or Trainer costs—are not disclosed in store requirements, achievements, or the announcements we verified. This site will not invent curves or “best difficulty for farming.”

Featherweight’s roadmap plans Update 1.1 (December 2026) with a new arena, boss, weapon, and enemies, plus later PVP in Q1 2027. That schedule does not promise new difficulty names—track timing on the roadmap and Update 1.1 page.

How do run systems interact with higher difficulties?

Even without per-tier multiplier charts, Featherweight’s official store copy and achievement list confirm which run systems govern survival across all ten difficulty settings:

Afflictions and skull load: Every combat day introduces skull-rated afflictions from a pool of 70+ afflictions, while Medical Marvel challenges players to win a run carrying at least 20 skulls of afflictions. Balancing which penalties you accept at the Trainer versus which ones you remove at the Surgeon or Healer is covered in afflictions and Trainer.
Trainer levels vs Untrained: You can level your gladiator up to level 20 (Overtrained) to draft from 70+ skills, or attempt Untrained (Win a run at level 0). Official achievement text does not require combining Untrained or Medical Marvel with Jupiter difficulty unless you choose to stack challenges.
Crowd Favorite and Merchant economy: Post-battle scores across Variety, Tempo, and Carnage award gold and crown a Crowd Favorite (crowd favorite and scoring), funding Passive, Arena, Instant, and Equipment purchases from the 40+ items sold by the Merchant.
Beast and boss progression: None of the eight Free as a… Beast clear achievements (all beasts) specify a required difficulty tier in their official wording, whereas King of the Gods explicitly requires a Jupiter run clear across Carthage, Germania, and Rome (all bosses).
